Exploring Maverick and What’s to Come for Minot’s Newest Hub

Minot, North Dakota, is undergoing rapid and positive changes, marked by significant growth, expansion, and notable improvements. The Tracks is located in southwest Minot, ND and will be an outstanding addition to this growing area. The prominent location of The Tracks is across the street from Trinity Hospital, next to the new Highlander Office Park, and west of the YMCA along the newly finished 37th Avenue.

Furthermore, Maverick, the inaugural structure at The Tracks in Minot, ND, will soon be ready for occupancy. This versatile building will house 25,000+ SF of commercial space and 49 apartment units, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter for the development. The building will offer a range of residential options, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. With completion slated for May/June 2024, EPIC is eagerly preparing to welcome tenants into their new homes.

Additionally to Maverick, there will be another mixed-use building named Sheridan and an outdoor plaza at The Tracks. This outdoor plaza will be home to numerous year-round events. Movie nights, yoga, outdoor skating in the winter and live concerts in the summer are just some of the events that are slated to take place at the plaza. The multi-use plaza will be open to the public and ready to serve the community in 2024. The Tracks will serve as a year-round destination within the City of Minot, featuring a diverse array of both free and ticketed family-friendly events. The plaza will also hold walking paths for public use, a water feature, bus stop, and public parking ramp.
