Liberty Town Center is a planned, 6-building development on Veterans Boulevard in Fargo, ND. The first three buildings, The Don, Lincoln, and Falcon will be mixed-use and will offer both residential apartments and first-floor commercial space. The remaining three buildings at LTC will house commercial and retail space. The mixed-use buildings will have a clientele base neighboring the retail center. With the combination of housing and retail, we hope to create a community within a community in this 8-acre lot.
Liberty Town Center will contain over 54,000 SF of retail and office space.
