Vision REIT is thrilled to announce that we will take part in the upcoming North Dakota Picnic in Mesa, Arizona. In conjunction, we are gearing up for another fantastic year. The anticipation is building, and our excitement grows for our journey from North Dakota to Arizona this March. With a history of over 3,000 attendees in previous years, our excitement to participate is evident. Beyond mere participation in the festivities, our eagerness extends further. We are excited to actively share the compelling story of Vision REIT. Additionally, we aim to articulate the mission we are striving to accomplish as a company.

Who Is Vision REIT?

If you’re not familiar with Vision REIT by EPIC, we are a new company with long term plans! Moreover, Vision REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) actively invests in various real estate projects across the upper Midwest, with a particular focus on North Dakota and Minnesota. With a commitment to offering investors an opportunity to engage in EPIC projects, Vision REIT by EPIC aims to provide not only lucrative investment prospects but also the added benefit of enjoying the tax advantages of a REIT. Furthermore, our strategy involves the development and ownership of mixed-use and hospitality projects strategically located in high-demand areas, supported by thorough market research. The North Dakota Picnic

Almost every year for the last 50+ years, thousands of North Dakotans have gathered in Mesa, Arizona. Notably, this longstanding tradition has created a strong sense of community and connection. Friends and former neighbors, enjoying the warm Arizona sunshine, come together to celebrate their shared “home” of North Dakota. This event, hosted by the North Dakota Community Foundation (NDCF), features music, classic car displays, and numerous vendor booths. The 2024 North Dakota Picnic is set for Sunday, March 3, 2024, running from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Red Mountain Park in Mesa, Arizona. Admission to the event requires a $5 entrance fee.
