IT’S BACK! Our 6th Annual Tenant Decorating Contest.

We want your help getting in the Christmas spirit by decorating your patio or balcony. If you don’t have a patio, no worries then decorate your living room! Once complete message us a picture on Facebook or send us an email to Info@EPICCompaniesND.com! 🎄✨

Winners will receive:
👉 1st: $150 Visa gift card
👉 2nd: $100 Visa gift card
👉 3rd: $50 Spicy Pie Pizza gift card
