Meet the Team: Mark

Meet Mark Gomez – He joins EPIC Companies as a Maintenance Technician, and we’re thrilled to have him on board!

A very busy man here at EPIC, Mark oversees the properties along the Sheyenne Street corridor. If you live in any of our Sheyenne Street properties and you put in a maintenance request, Mark will make sure you’re taken care of. He has worked in the maintenance industry for more than 20 years and actually found his first maintenance job at a nursing home, where he felt he’d found his calling.

When Mark isn’t fixing problems at work, he finds many interesting things to do in his free time. He enjoys wildlife and long-exposure photography, restoring old vehicles, creating cups and shirts, fishing, and watching Harry Potter. He has pretty much always lived in the Moorhead area and was blessed with 3 children and 8 grandchildren (ages 3-10.) He lived in Vegas – 1 block off Fremont Street for a short time and describes it as “interesting.”

If you could take unlimited time off and go anywhere, where would you go?

I want to go to London. I want to visit the castle that filmmakers used while filming Harry Potter. My daughter and I are big Harry Potter fans!

How would the team describe Mark?

This man knows everything! Mark has a determined attitude each day and will always lend a hand or a tool!

Fun Facts:

Mark went to school for autobody. While he doesn’t work in that industry, he enjoys restoring old cars.

Mark used to have an Afro!
