Ferguson Books & More! Coming To West Fargo
The business will be located at Pioneer Place at The Yards on Sheyenne in
Downtown West Fargo

(West Fargo, ND – September 22, 2020) – EPIC Companies is proud to announce that Ferguson Books & More! will be calling Pioneer Place, located at 300 Sheyenne Street, home. Pioneer Place, a 4-story
mixed-use building, is currently home to D.A. Davidson, Grateful Cratefulls, Thunder Coffee, and Zone Nutrition. The building also has 51 residential units that are located on floors two, three and four and features underground parking, a fitness center, a conference room, a community room and a large rooftop patio.

After moving back to the Red River Valley, Ferguson Books’ founder Dane Ferguson says, “We wanted a store in the largest metro in the region, but landed on West Fargo because it was a perfect fit! Not only because the city didn’t have a general bookstore, but our services and products will bring people to an up-and-coming area The Yards on Sheyenne!”

This will be Ferguson Books & More’s third location as they already have locations in both Bismarck and Grand Forks. As a locally owned and independent bookstore, they have the largest selection of
used books available in the region and stock a wide array of new bestselling booking. Their inventory also features a unique toy section, a variety of new and used media, and titles by local authors as well.

“The Fargo-Moorhead market has been on our radar for quite some time, and we landed on West Fargo because we wanted to provide a book experience for families and a community that is on the grow,”
said Ferguson.

The construction of Ferguson Books is expected to be complete in November of 2020 just in time for the holiday season. They are looking forward to joining the ever growing downtown West Fargo area
and being a part of the numerous events happening. Recently, downtown West Fargo has underwent a rebranding process. The area from Main to 7ᵗʰ Avenue is now called The Yards on Sheyenne.

EPIC Companies developed mixed-use buildings Sheyenne Plaza and The Firm (currently in construction expected to be complete early 2021) along with the POW/MIA Plaza. With over 90+ units in downtown West Fargo and more on the way this area has seen a significant amount of growth in the last few years.
