November is National Gratitude Month, and it's time to show some gratitude! Research shows that people who focus on the positives every day are not only happier, but healthier.

Team
We are grateful for all our team members who contribute to EPIC's mission of enhancing communities through innovative development.
Weather
No matter the season, EPIC is thankful for any day the sun is shining!
Community
We take pride in serving the communities of Lake Park, Moorhead, and Perham in Minnesota; and Bismarck, Fargo, Grafton, Grand Forks, Jamestown, New Richmond, Minot, and West Fargo in North Dakota.
Family Time
We're grateful for Thanksgiving and the entire holiday season (plus we ❤️ PTO!) when we’re able to spend extra time with our families. Sharing holiday stories, traditions, and photos during this time of year brings our team closer. Don’t hide from the camera! Your awkward family photos bring us joy!
Tenants
We are also grateful for our loyal tenants! EPIC has both residential and commercial tenants who are vital to our mission and business. We are thankful to be the caretakers of the places these tenants call home. Thanks, tenants, for choosing EPIC as your home!
